For a recent side project I acted as a student game design consultant for a team of undergraduate Bournemouth University aiming to design a prosocial game. Part of this role involved guiding these students, gamers and non-gamers alike, through an introduction to game design so that they can begin to imagine their own design concepts.
For these workshops I created a number of presentations covering novice game design topics, which I'm going to post below should they be of any use to others looking for introductory presentations, either for themselves or for guiding others. If they have been useful, please leave a comment below or contact me. Just click on the relevant presentation to download it.
